Affiliate Registration
Q: Can anyone register to become an affiliate?
Yes! We allow open registration for affiliates. Anyone interested can sign up through our Affiliate Registration Page.
Q: Is my account active immediately after registration?
Yes. Once you register, your account will be created with an Active status—no waiting required!
Q: Will I be registered as an affiliate if I create a regular customer account?
Yes. We support automatic registration, so anyone who creates a new account is also automatically enrolled as an affiliate.
Commissions & Earnings
Q: How much commission will I earn per sale?
You’ll earn 10% commission on every referred sale.
Q: Is commission calculated on the total amount?
No. Commission is calculated excluding shipping and taxes.
Q: Do I earn commissions for returning customers?
Yes. We reward commissions on every referred sale.
Q: What if a referred customer requests a refund?
If a customer requests a refund, any unpaid commissions will be rejected after a 30-day refund grace period.
Q: Can I earn commissions on my own purchases?
Yes! You are allowed to earn affiliate commissions for your own orders.
Q: Are zero-amount orders eligible for commissions?
Yes, zero-sum commissions (where applicable) are enabled in our system.
Affiliate Links
Q: How do I generate my affiliate link?
Once logged into your affiliate account, you can generate a referral URL using your unique affiliate keyword /ID for easy sharing.
Q: Who gets credit when multiple affiliates refer the same customer?
The last affiliate to refer the customer before purchase gets the commission.
Q: Is there a QR code for my affiliate link?
Yes! You can easily share or print your affiliate QR code from your affiliate dashboard.
Payouts
Q: What is the minimum payout amount?
Affiliates must accumulate at least $50 before being eligible for payout.
Q: What is the default payout method?
Our default payout method is manual. Once you meet the threshold, we’ll process your payment accordingly.
Tracking & Cookies
Q: How long does the affiliate tracking cookie last?
Our affiliate tracking cookies last for 30 days. This means if someone clicks your link and purchases within 30 days, you’ll still earn commission.
